ImageAxiom Dynamics provides various levels of support.  From permanent onsite staff to phone, email and chat based support services. Business is 24x7 and most work is after market hours, this model is supported by ADC.  A support network is best when a quick and targeted enginerring is needed.  We have dedicated account managers who know the history and background of customers.   During support we make sure that the inhouse support staff gets aquainted with the solution in case there is another issue, they have all the needed information to troubleshoot it locally before escalating the call.
